How does it work?

The Process

Below we have outlined the process of starting your Legacy journey from choosing your package to receiving your template pack and preparing for your interview. If you have any questions about the Legacy process please feel free to email us at any point or book in for another discovery call.

Step 1. Book a discovery call

The first step on your Legacy journey is to book in for a discovery call.

Below you will find a simple booking form that will allow you to schedule a video call with one of our team who can take you through the full Legacy process, answer any questions you may have and help you choose a package that suits your needs.

Our team is available for discovery calls from 8 am - 8 pm 7 days a week.

Step 2. Select your package

Once you have concluded your discovery call the next step is to select your package. Packages range from 6-12 songs and come with the option of an Audio-only Legacy or our Video Legacy. If you have any further questions please contact one of our team or check over our FAQ section.

Step 3. Fill in your question template.

Once you have purchased your Legacy package you will be sent your question template, this will be sent to you by email but can also be sent via post if selected when purchasing your Legacy package. If you would like your question template to be sent to you via post but have not selected this option at checkout, please contact one of our team who will arrange for it to be sent out to you.

Your question template is the lifeblood of your Legacy package. You will be asked to fill in the answers to all of the song choices before your interview. The reason we ask for this beforehand and put so much emphasis on it is that we believe that allowing you to think about these questions and answers for days, weeks even months gives individuals the chance to truly reflect on this process and make sure you are happy with your answers rather than improvising on the day of your interview and regretting not including something or someone.

Once you have completed your template you will have instructions to send this back to us so that our interview team can review your answers and come up with a set of questions that we will ask you on the day of your interview to engage on certain points to try and create a truly personal and professional interview.

Step 4. Booking your interview

Now it is time to prepare for the big day! Part of what makes Legacy such a fantastic journey is that all of this hard work is in preparation for a professional interview with one of our team who works across the media industry interviewing celebrities, royalty, titans of industry and now you. Because your story is just as important as theirs and we want to help you tell it.

We like to wait until you are happy with your question template before you book in for your interview so please take as much time as you need to finish those answers. When you're ready contact us via email or discovery call to book a date and time for your interview.

Ideally, we like to conduct interviews in your home. Your home is your safe place we want you to be relaxed when we conduct your interview and we believe there is no place more comforting than your home. In circumstances where your home is not available, we will work with you to organise a location that works for you and that you feel happy and safe in.

Step 5. Lights, Camera, Action!

Once your interview is complete we will start work on putting together your Legacy. If you have any supporting materials such as digital scans of photos, old home videos, or newspaper articles that you would like included in your Legacy video please let us know and we will always endeavour to include these within your Legacy to help tell your story.

Your Legacy will be sent to you as a digital file which we will also keep a copy of just in case. You can also purchase additional copies of your Legacy as USB sticks and Blu-ray discs.
